[origin: WO9838272A1] Soaking compositions are disclosed which comprise oxygen bleach, a sorbitan ester in combination with a highly alkoxylated nonionic surfactant. Said compositions are diluted in water to form soaking liquors. The invention is particularly effective in removing particulate soils like silt and clay from fabrics as well as enzymatic stains and/or bleachable stains.
