[origin: EP0861952A1] The connection joins the support brace (5) to the work scaffolding (1) or to the support arm brace (4). The connection can be so altered that the effective length of the support brace (5) is influenced. The link point (15) of the support brace is arranged in a holder (10,7) fixed to the support arm brace (4) or the work scaffolding (1) and is displaceable or pivotable within this holder. The angle between the frame profile (2) of the work scaffolding and the support arm brace is variable. The link point is formed as a screw or bolt, which is displaceably fitted in a slide of the holder.
