[origin: EP0862196A2] The switching device has an actuation element (1) and a switch shaft (3) which are tightly connected together by teeth (2,4) and tooth gaps. The bases of the tooth gaps are shaped with a radius (5). The lacquer covering provides protection against corrosion. The curvature of the gap bases prevents sticking.
