[origin: EP0862873A1] Front panel (4) of a drawer is attached to the metallic side members (5) by a fitting (3) which has a clamping part (11) which projects into a vertical slot (7) in the side member. An anchoring plate (8) is perpendicular to the front panel and is mounted on a clamping lever (10) which is tiltable on a spindle (14). so that the clamping part can be moved into the clamping position. In this position, a lateral projection can be moved into the slot in the side member. The clamping part is preferably a plate aligned parallel to the vertical leg of the side member.
