[origin: EP0863271A2] The covering for the collar beam zone of a roof has mountings (13) which grip over the edge strips (9) in a shape fit. The covering has an adhesive strip (16), which covers at least the centre zone (7) of the cover (5) at the lower structure (3), with insulation. The cover (5) can be rolled or is in sections. The cover (5) and mountings (13) are of metal such as aluminium, copper, lead or zinc.
