Abstract (en)
The method uses an advance feed to move the material (2) and, at the same time, it is bent by a bending unit (6) fitted to a moving frame (7) following the forward movement of the material (2). The frame (7) allows the coils to drop by gravity downwards and clear the bending zone. The bent coils are collected by a rotating container, which is rotated according to the production cycle time of the feed and bending actions.

Der Draht, Betonstahl oder das metallische Rohr (2) wird vorgeschoben und gleichzeitig von einer Biegeeinheit (6), die auf einem beweglichen Rahmen (7) befestigt ist, gebogen und die Vorschubbewegung des Drahtes folgt. Der Rahmen (7) ist geeignet angeordnet, so daß die Spirale mit Hilfe der Gravitation nach unten fällt und die Produktionsebene befreit. Die produzierten Windungen (21) der Spirale werden von einer drehbaren Sammelvorrichtung, die auf einer sich senkrecht zu der Vorschubrichtung des Drahtes, Betonstahls oder des metallischen Rohres (2) bewegenden Laufkatze befestigt ist, aufgenommen und folgen synchronisiert den Bewegungen der sich unter Produktion befindlichen Windungen. <IMAGE>
