Abstract (en)
The method for producing a compound strip (10) with a base strip (1) consisting of a metal or an alloy, and a coating consisting of tin or a tin alloy consists of the following steps; a) the base material is heated in a reducing atmosphere; b) it is then coated with a layer within a mu m range; c) the resulting compound material is rapidly cooled. When the base strip consists of copper or a copper alloy, the step a) involves heating to 80-300 degrees C for 3-30 s. The step b) is carried out by pulling the base strip through a bath (5) with a tin alloy.

Zur Verbesserung der Haftung einer Zinn- oder Zinnlegierungsschicht auf der Oberfläche eines bandförmigen Grundmaterials (1) aus Kupfer oder einer Kupferlegierung wird erfindungsgemäß: a) das Grundmaterial (1) in einer reduzierenden Gasatmosphäre für 3 bis 30 s auf eine Temperatur T von 80 bis 300 °C erwärmt, b) das Grundmaterial (1) durch ein Zinn- oder Zinnlegierungsbad (5) gezogen und c) das entstandene Verbundmaterial (10) schnell abgekühlt. <IMAGE>
