The switch system for an electromotor, to switch the motor off according to the torque, has a torsion spring rod mounting between the stator and the fixed motor mounting. The switch (15,25) is within the housing, with a switch unit (17,27) at a relatively fixed intermediate section of the torsion rod or vice versa, to operate the switch (15,25) with the switching unit (17,27). The torsion spring rod is a quadrilateral rod (12), coaxial to the rotary axis of the armature (7) of the electromotor. One end (11) of the torsion rod is bonded to an armature plate (10), with its circumference secured to the housing, to transmit the force between the stator (8) and the end of the torsion rod.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine drehmomentabhängige Abschaltvorrichtung für einen Elektromotor, der einen Anker (7) und einen an einem Gehäuse (1) angebrachten Stator (8) aufweist, mit einer stabförmigen Lagereinrichtung für den Stator (8), deren eines Ende mit dem Stator (8) verbunden ist und deren anderes Ende in einem feststehenden Motorlager gelagert ist, und mit mindestens einem Schalter (15, 25), der bei Erreichen eines vorbestimmten Drehmomentes aufgrund der Drehbewegung des Stators (8) relativ zu einem Abschnitt der stabförmigen Lagereinrichtung mittels eines innerhalb des Gehäuses (1) angeordneten Schaltelementes (17, 27) betätigbar ist. Bei solchen Abschaltvorrichtungen besteht die Aufgabe, sie platzsparend und mit im Falle eines Blockierens des Elektromotors, insbesondere seiner Welle, für den Motor günstigen Eigenschaften auszuführen. Die Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß die Lagereinrichtung als Torsionsfederelement, insbesondere -stab (12), ausgebildet ist und daß der Schalter (15, 25) innen am Gehäuse (1) und das Schaltelement (17, 27) an einem im Gehäuse (1) liegenden im wesentlichen ortsfesten Zwischenabschnitt (31) des Torsionsfederelementes oder umgekehrt zur Betätigung des Schalters (15, 25) mit dem Schaltelement (17, 27) angebracht sind. <IMAGE>
