Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0864727A2] The method involves the use of an auger (6) positioned with its axis vertical or approximately vertical around which it is rotated. Two samples are extracted one after the other at one and the same position by first sinking the auger into the soil and then raising it. The first sample (PI) is taken at a lesser depth (T1) than the second (P11) at a greater depth (T11). After each extraction the sample is removed by a mobile gravity chute (9) to a container (2,3). The chute can be rotated or tilted
