Abstract (en)
The device turns the valve during opening and closing movements, using spring-loaded roller bodies in pockets. The pockets (4) contain elements (9) to limit the movement paths of the roller bodies (2), e.g. a stop, formed by a constriction (9) in the pocket diameter. Alternately, the stop may be formed by a cage for the tangential springs (8). The cage may be made of plastics, plate steel or casting.

Um durch kurzzeitige Überlastungen auftretende unkontrollierte Schwingungsvorgänge von Wälzkörpern und Tangentialfedern bei einer Ventildrehvorrichtung für Ventile von Brennkraftmaschinen zu vermeiden, wird vorgeschlagen, innerhalb der die Wälzkörper aufnehmenden Taschen, die konzentrisch um die Achse eines Grundkörpers angeordnet sind, Elemente zum Begrenzen der Bewegungsstrecken der Wälzkörper anzuordnen. <IMAGE>
