Abstract (en)
The fluidised bed exchanger has a casing (1) whose longitudinal vertical walls (1A,1B) are formed from tubes which transport a fluid. The tubes are divided lengthways into chambers separated from each other by a low wall (10) of liquid circulating tubes. The longitudinal walls comprise horizontal tubes (11A,11B,12A,12B) and the low wall extends from the inner wall of the casing to a height less than that of the casing. This low wall is made up of superposed, transversal extensions of the tubes (11A,11B) for each of the faces of the longitudinal vertical walls, in the form of hair clips, perpendicular to the tubes and extending upto the opposite longitudinal face.

La présente invention concerne un échangeur à lit fluidisé dense comportant un caisson (1) dont les parois longitudinales verticales (1A, 1B) sont constituées de tubes véhiculant un fluide caloporteur et divisé dans le sens de sa longueur en chambres séparées l'une de l'autre par un muret de déversement (10) constitué d'une paroi constituée de tubes véhiculant un fluide caloporteur. Lesdites parois longitudinales verticales (1A, 1B) sont constituées de tubes horizontaux (11A, 11B, 12A, 12B) et ledit muret s'étend à partir de la paroi inférieure du caisson (1) sur une hauteur inférieur à celle de celui-ci et est constituée de prolongements transversaux et superposés de tubes (11A, 11B) de chacune des faces longitudinales verticales (1A, 1B), en forme d'épingle à cheveux, perpendiculaires auxdits tubes et s'étendant jusqu'à la face longitudinale verticale opposée (1B, 1A). <IMAGE>
