Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0864848A2] The wheel flange lubricating unit includes a pulse transmitter (8) which is a fluid controlled angle of inclination sensor. This sensor has at least one measurement chamber (15) partially filled with fluid medium. The angle of inclination dependent shift of the fluid medium in the sensor is capacitively or optically measurable. The sensor is formed as a differential capacitor with two measurement chambers (15) which are separated from each other by a plate (14) partially sealing them.
