Abstract (en)

[origin: WO9721063A1] The invention concerns a heat exchanger of the type in question with at least one suitably tempered surface moving substantially tangentially to itself or with at least one suitably tempered surface region moving substantially tangentially to itself, in order to prepare a heat exchanger for tempering at least one directed fluid flow (1, 7; 2, 6) or to prepare a corresponding tempering process in which the flow resistance of the heat exchanger per se is as low as possible, in spite of the surface coming into contact with the directed fluid flow (1, 7; 2, 6) being comparatively large, the fluid flow having in the vicinity of the surface or the surface region a movement component acting in the same direction as the direction of movement of the surface or surface region. The invention further concerns a process whereby the fluid flow is guided in the immediate vicinity of at least one suitably tempered surface or surface region moving substantially tangentially to itself, the direction of movement of which surface or surface region has a movement component acting in the same direction as the fluid flow.
