[origin: EP0865754A2] The rim (2) of the bath contains a first permanent magnet (8) which is attracted to a second permanent magnet (10) in the bottom of a preferably swinging wall panel (4) which can be moved over the rim of the bath. A first permanent magnet is located at a set distance beneath the surface (6) of the rim of the bath. Preferably a first permanent magnet is integrated into the rim of the bath by enclosing it between two layers (22,24) forming rim of the bath. The permanent magnet fits into at least one long groove (26) in one layer. A second permanent magnet has a low friction coefficient coating and can be moved vertically with the panel.
