Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0865806A1] The binding has a fixed body (3) with two arms (5,6) that are pivoted independently so that they can separate. They form levers that act on the end of a rod whose other end is joined to an adjustable stop (14). A spring, between the stop and a fixed stop, is adjusted by the adjustable stop. An index mark (15), on the adjustable stop, cooperates with graduations (22) on a plate (20). One end of the plate rests against a piece joined to the rod and its other end rests against the fixed body by two flexible tongues (24,25).
