Abstract (en)
A telescopic mast construction (10) for a lift truck has a mast fixed to the wagon. A mast is movable up and down relative to the fixed mast, and a load supporting device is located on the movable mast, a first lifting cylinder which is coupled at one end to the movable mast and at the other end through tension devices to the load-supporting device plus at least one second lifting cylinder to extend the movable mast. The lifting cylinders are connected parallel to a common hydraulic supply and are chosen in their effective cross-section so that the first cylinder lifts the load- supporting device before the second cylinder extends the movable mast. The first cylinder is constructed so that before the end of its extension stroke, a gradually increasing opposing pressure is built up that is dimensioned so that the increase in pressure caused at the lifting cylinders suffices to extend the second cylinder before the first one has reached its dead point.

Ausfahrbare Mastkonstruktion (10) für einen Hubwagen mit einem wagenfesten Mast (12), einem beweglichen Mast (22), der relativ zum wagenfesten Mast (12) auf und ab bewegbar gelagert ist, einem Lasttragmittel (24), das am beweglichen Mast (22) auf und ab bewegbar gelagert ist, einem ersten Hubzylinder (26) (Freihubzylinder), der an einem Ende am beweglichen Mast (22) und am anderen Ende über Zugmittel (30) mit dem Lasttragmittel (24) gekoppelt ist, mindestens einem zweiten Hubzylinder (34,36) zum Ausfahren des bewegbaren Mastes (22), wobei die Hubzylinder (34,36) parallel an eine gemeinsame hydraulische Versorgung angeschlossen sind und in ihrem wirksamen Querschnitt so gewählt sind, daß der Freihubzylinder (26) das Lasttragmittel (24) anhebt, bevor der zweite Hubzylinder (34,36) den bewegbaren Mast (22) ausfährt, wobei der Freihubzylinder (26) so aufgebaut ist, daß vor dem Ende seines Ausfahrhubes ein allmählich ansteigender hydraulischer Gegendruck aufgebaut wird, der so bemessen ist, daß die dadurch verursachte Druckerhöhung an den Hubzylindern ausreicht, den zweiten Hubzylinder (34,36) auszufahren, bevor der Freihubzylinder (26) seinen Totpunkt erreicht hat. <IMAGE>
