[origin: EP0866157A1] To change the configuration of a loom, to change the fabric weaving or replace the warp beam, a harness is brought to the loom to release or seal off the connections to a Jacquard, so that the loom mechanism can be withdrawn and replaced as a unit. Also claimed is a harness movement trolley (28) with holders to take and deliver the harness cables (2), comber board and the lowering mechanism. The trolley (28) also accommodates the warp beam (18), warp monitor (22) and/or reed (23).
