Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0866185A2] The system for heat insulation with an insulated construction element built in between a building wall and a part branching off from it consists of an insulating body with integrated fastening elements extending across the body and through it, connected on both sides to the building wall and the branching-off part. At least one part of the fastening elements is on the side of the body pointing to the building outside with their projecting lengths to be embedded in an edge beam. To insulate a part branching off on the building inside, the insulating body is located at least predominantly outside the building wall cross-section on its inside and the edge beam runs inside the wall cross-section.
