[origin: DE19712169C1] The pump comprises teeth which are formed on the inside of an annulus and on a pinion meshing with it. The two rotate in a common housing with suction and pressure unions, and radial ports are provided in the annulus for the passage of the medium handled. The crowns of the annulus teeth contain dovetail-section grooves (34) accommodating seals (30) sliding in the radial direction and working against the crowns of the pinion teeth. One or more lengthwise grooves (52-54) are machined in the mating faces of the dovetail-section grooves and-or seals.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine sichellose Zahnradpumpe; mit einer Verzahnung, die im wesentlichen mit einer Flanke dichtet; die Verzahnung weist ein innenverzahntes Hohlrad und ein mit dem Hohlrad kämmendes Ritzel auf; Hohlrad und Ritzel sind in einem gemeinsamen Gehäuseteil drehbar gelagert; das Gehäuseteil weist einen Sauganschluß und einen Druckanschluß auf; das Hohlrad weist radiale Durchbrüche für das zu pumpende Medium auf; die Zahnköpfe des Hohlrades sind jeweils mit schwalbenschwanzförmigen Profilnuten versehen, in die ein radial bewegliches Dichtelement eingesetzt ist, das am gegenüberliegenden Zahnkopf des Ritzels gleiten kann. Die Erfindung ist gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Merkmale: längs der Profilnut und/oder des Dichtelementes ist jeweils eine Nut eingearbeitet. <IMAGE>
