A ventilation device consists of a fan (1) and a distribution pipe (3) with air outlets (11) and temperature sensors (9) assigned to it to measure the room and wall surface temperatures. With a low temperature difference, the fan is automatically switched on by the control electronics (5). The switch-on point for the temperature difference is adjusted by a potentiometer (9). The formation of condensate is prevented as a result of this consequent forced ventilation. The critical dew point is indicated by the LED (7). The temperature sensors preferably consist of NTC resistances. The fan consists of a noise-free small radial fan. The ventilation device consists of a complete unit.

Belüftungsvorrichtung bestehend aus einem Gebläse (1), einem Verteilerrohr (3) und einer Elektronik (5), sowie den Temperatursensoren (3) zum Messen der Raumtemperatur und (10) zum Messen der Wandoberflächentemperatur. Durch die Elektronik (5) wird bei einer Temperaturdifferenz, bei der die Gefahr besteht, dass sich Kondensat bildet, das Gebläse (1) automatisch eingeschaltet. Die Belüftungsvorrichtung wird an schlechtbelüfteten Stellen bei Wärmebrücken der Bauhülle, hinter Möbeln an der Aussenwand, sowie in Nischen und Ecken, wo die LuftzirkulatLon trotz guter Ramlüftung ungenügend ist, angebracht. <IMAGE>
