Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0866286A2] The air outlet structure in a system to give a wide spread of the delivered air, such as in air curtains. It has a rectangular outlet opening (4) with two outer air deflection blades (8) with two parallel edges directly against the air outlet opening. Seals (9,11), to prevent an escape of air to the rear side, are between the rear sides (14) of the blades and the adjacent edge of the opening. The seals can be part of the hinge, holding each of the outer air deflection blades at the opening frame.
