Abstract (en)
The displacement measuring system (6) has a friction wheel (7), rolling at the piston rod (3), and its rotation is determined by a measurement value transmitter (12). This rotation is further used for measuring the displacement or the position of the piston rod. The friction wheel is arranged in a chamber, which is sealed against the atmosphere by seals lying at the piston rod. The chamber at least partly is arranged at one end of a plug-in or a screw-in housing. The housing has a pressure unit, for pressing the friction wheel at the piston rod. The friction wheel is located at a friction wheel bearing (13), which is guided radially to the piston rod movable in the housing, and is acted on by a spring element (17).

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wegmeßsystem für Zylinder-Kolben-Aggregate mittels eines Reibrades (7), das an der Kolbenstange (3) abrollt und dessen Verdrehung von einem Meßwertgeber (12) erfaßt und als Maß für den Weg oder die Position der Kolbenstange (3) weitergeben wird. Wesentlich daran ist, daß das Reibrad (7) in einer Kammer angeordnet ist, die durch an der Kolbenstange (3) anliegende Dichtungen (5a, 5b, 5c) gegenüber der Umgebung abgedichtet ist. <IMAGE>
