The circuit is connected to the secondary winding (L2) of the coil in parallel with the spark plug (3), and consists of a capacitor (6) that is charged when the ignition intake arrives and discharged when the spark stops, by two series of diodes (D1, D2) arranged head-to-tail, a current-limiting resistor (R), isolating means (9) between the coil and the spark plug, and an electronic ionisation signal processing system for sensing ignition control, the continuity of the ignition system, the charge of the measuring circuit, combustion, the presence of controlled aerodynamics or breakage of a spark plug.
