Eine Folie für die Medizintechnik gelangt insbesondere zur Regeneration und Augmentation von Knochen zum Einsatz. Es soll eine Folie oder Membran vorgeschlagen werden, welche eine gute mechanische Stabilität aufweist und eine einfache funktionsgerechte Handhabung ermöglicht. Es wird vorgeschlagen, daß die Folie im wesentlichen aus Titan, vorzugsweise Reintitan, besteht und bleibend plastisch verformbar ist.
