Abstract (en)
The mechanism to advance the product such as a sausage, at a sausage slicing machine, has at least two independent feed units (10,11). Through relative movements between the blade (7) at the cutting position (B) and the sausage feeds (10,11), the feeds (10,11) are either in the cutting position (B) or in a loading or waiting position (A,C). The feeds (10,11) slide or swing from the loading or waiting positions (A,C) into the fixed cutting position (B). The feed units are connected together mechanically via their housings, or via a common housing. Each feed unit has a controllable transport arrangement for running the push-forward and pull-back movement.

Es wird eine Vorrichtung zum Aufschneiden von Lebensmittelprodukten beschrieben, bei dem das einer Schneidstation zugeordnete Produktzuführungssystem zwei selbständige Produktzuführeinheiten umfaßt, wobei durch Relativbewegungen zwischen dem die Schneidposition festlegenden Messer und den Produktzuführungseinheiten die einzelnen Produktzuführungseinheiten in vorgebbarer Weise entweder in die Schneidposition oder eine Belade- oder Warteposition gelangen. <IMAGE>
