Abstract (en)
The apparatus to clean a fourdrinier or blanket (2), in a papermaking machine, has a jet (7) with a rotation speed of 2500-4000 rpm for a normal cleaning action, and a speed of 1000-2500 rpm to give an intensive cleaning action on the blanket (2). Preferably the jet (7) is pitched at an angle ( alpha ) to the rotary axis (5) of 2 degrees ≤ alpha ≤ 60 degrees and preferably 5 degrees ≤ alpha ≤ 25 degrees . The jet (7) is at an angle ( beta ) to the surface normals (15) of -60 degrees ≤ beta ≤ 60 degrees . The jet (7) lies on a first plane (E1) against the rotary axis (5), with a straight line intersecting the centre axis (9) of the jet (7) at an angle ( ) of 2 degrees ≤ delta ≤ 60 degrees and preferably 5 degrees ≤ delta ≤ 25 degrees . The jet has a diameter of 0.05-0.8 mm and preferably 0.1-0.4 mm.

Es wird eine Vorrichtung zum Reinigen eines Transportbandes einer Maschine zur Herstellung einer Materialbahn, insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahn, die mindestens eine mit einem unter Druck stehenden Medium beaufschlagbare Düse umfaßt, die um eine Rotationsachse rotierbar ausgebildet ist, vorgeschlagen. Die Vorrichtung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß zur schonenden Reinigung des Transportbandes (2) die Rotationsgeschwindigkeit der Düse (7) im Bereich von 2500 U/min bis 4000 U/min und zur intensiven Reinigung des Transportbandes (2) im Bereich von 1000 U/min bis 2500 U/min liegt. <IMAGE>
