Abstract (en)

To produce a hot and crumbly material, mainly of paper fibres, the material is chopped, loosened and heated in a single and combined working stage. Also claimed is an apparatus with a working zone (6) containing a moving chopping tool near the entry opening for the high consistency material to be processed. The tool is fitted with scrapers or blades. The working zone (6) has a steam feed, and a system to carry the crumbled material to an outlet opening.

Abstract (de)

Das Verfahren dient insbesondere der Aufbereitung von Altpapierfaserstoff. Die zum Dispergieren besonders geeigneten heißen Faserstoffkrümel werden dadurch erzeugt, daß zunächst ein kompaktierter, hochkonsistenter Faserstoff in Form eines Pfropfens (1) hergestellt wird. Dieser wird in einer besonders vorteilhaften Ausführung gegen einen Rotor (3) gdrückt, der mit Zerkleinerungselementen (4) versehen ist, die Faserstoffkrümel abträgt und in aufgelockertem Zustand in einem Bearbeitungsraum (6) verteilt. In diesem Bearbeitungsraum (6) wird über Dampfleitungen (5) Heizdampf zugeführt, der die Faserstoffkrümel erhitzt, z.B. durch Kondensation. <IMAGE>
