[origin: EP0867681A1] The coupling is designed to join two hot water radiator panels (1,2). It consists of two male cylindrical components (6,8) projecting on either side of a collar (7) with two diametrically opposite flats (7a) for rotating it. Each male component has two diametrically opposite projecting lugs (9a,10a) on the ends of through rods (9,10), made to pass through slots (12) in the edges of holes (11) in the radiator walls and engage with a force fit with inner recesses (13). Seal rings (15) are fitted on either side of the collar to seal the coupling.
