Abstract (en)
The coiler for wire rolling mills incorporates a structure (3) which is canti-levered from a carrier disk (2), to hold and support the rotating wire coiling pipe (1). The structure is surrounded with a shell (7) taking the form of a cylinder or a truncated cone which is releasably attached to the carrier disk (2), and has openings (10) for passage of air.

Ein Windungsleger in Drahtwalzstraßen der aus einem Legerohrhalter besteht, der eine Tragscheibe (2) aufweist, die mit einer rotierenden Einsteckhülse (4) drehkuppelbar ist, die den Draht zuführt. Die Tragscheibe (2) ist achsmittig mit einem Krag-Ansatz (3) verbunden, der den Legearmteil (1b) aufnimmt. Der Legerohrhalter umfaßt einen Mantelkörper (7) mit radialen Abständen. Dessen der Einsteckhülse (4) zugewandte Stirnöffnung ist lös- und festlegbar mit der Tragscheibe (2) des Legerohrhalters verbunden. In dessen Mantelwand sind Luftdurchtrittsöffnungen (10) angeordnet. <IMAGE>
