Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0869251A2] The window rail comprises a concealed frame of frame elements which consist on the outside of the opening of hollow chamber profiled sections (1) into which single profiled parts (5) are inserted on the inside of the opening. The two profiled sections are filled at the back by concrete or suitable material (6). Lip seals (2) are attached on the outside of the window or door insert on the hollow chamber profiles and can be injection moulded directly on same. Profiled tongues (3) can be formed on the hollow chamber profiles to press the window or door against the lip seals.
