[origin: DE19713659C1] An electromagnetic relay including a coil (1) encased with an insulting material in which the coil axis is parallel to the relay floor, a tiltable armature (31) arranged beneath the coil (1) parallel to the coil's axis and forming at least one working air-gap with the pole-shoes, a contact spring actuated via the armature (31) and a insulting material base (3), with the armature mounted on the base (3). A frame (4) is pushed over the base (3) and includes an enclosure for the coil (1) and a housing for the relay, the housing externally encapsulating the contact area of the relay, whereby the frame, together with the base (3), forms the bottom path of the housing and the enclosure forms the top part of the housing.

Das Relais besteht aus einer mit Isolierstoff umhüllten Spule (1), welches einen bewickelten Spulenkörper, einen Kern, Polschuhe und Wicklungsanschlußelemente (16) umfaßt, einem schwenkbaren Anker (31), der durch ein Isolierstoff-Trägerelement mit Kontaktfedern verbunden ist, und einem Sockel (3) aus Isolierstoff, der Anschlußbahnen für feststehende Gegenkontaktelemente sowie Kontaktanschlußelemente (34) für bewegliche und feststehende Kontaktelemente enthält. Der Anker (31) ist über Lagerstützen (35) und in die Kontaktfedern integrierte Lagerbänder (36) am Sockel (3) gelagert. Ein über den Sockel (3) geschobener Rahmen (4) bildet zusammen mit diesem und der umhüllten Spule (1) ein Gehäuse für das Relais, welches den Kontaktraum des Relais nach außen abkapselt, wobei der Rahmen (4) mit dem Sockel (3) das Gehäuseunterteil und die umhüllte Spule (1) das Gehäuseoberteil darstellt. <IMAGE>
