[origin: WO9724497A1] A gutter bracket for supporting a gutter, whose one longitudinal edge has an elongate bead, comprises a pivotable snap-on member (3) which is adapted to be snapped on to the bead and which is permanently hingedly mounted on the bracket (1). A hinge connection (4) between the snap-on member (3) and the body (2) of the bracket (1) engages two tongues projecting from the body (2) and bent around an adjoining edge portion of the snap-on member (3). In a method of producing such a gutter bracket (1), said bending of the tongues is effected around the edge portion of the snap-on member (3).
