The wooden plate (2) is formed from wooden veneer. The surface of the wooden plate is treated/processed. On the outer periphery of the wooden plate the packing arrangement (3) is fitted, being fixed by means of claws (6). The wooden plate is circular and the packing arrangement, at least in areas (window 3a), is of clear view material. On the outer periphery of the wooden plate a seal zone (7) is formed. On the edge (2a) of the wooden plate goods and/or producer identities are provided, burnt into the wood material.

Zur preisgünstigen Herstellung eines Weichkäse-Gebindes mit einem in einer Umverpackung abgepackten, einem Aus- bzw. Nachreifungsprozeß unterworfenen Weichkäse-Formling (1), wird vorgeschlagen, daß der Weichkäse-Formling (1) auf einer dünnen Platte, insbesondere Holzplatte (2) angeordnet ist, die unter Bildung eines über den Weichkäse-Formling (1) hinausragenden Randes (2a) größere Außenabmessungen als der Weichkäse-Formling (1) aufweist. <IMAGE>
