Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0870721A1] A flat control box (11) containing the electrical components is positioned above or under the lift-door (3) as an extension of the door leaves. The control box is covered on the lift-shaft wall by a metal plate skirt (13) with holder springs (12). The control box can be slide or tilted towards the rear wall of the lift-cage and can be pulled into the cage through an opening in the cage floor (2) or ceiling, for a first maintenance position. The box is then placed on its back in the cage for a second maintenance position.
