Abstract (en)
The brake equipment is fitted to a crane which runs on rails, and has a mobile frame to which a brake shoe (1) is connected. The latter can be raised or lowered, in order to be pressed against the rail by an operating device during the braking process. The shoe has a square or rectangular outline (2) with longitudinal side surfaces (3) which are parallel to one another, and front (4) and rear (5) surfaces which are parallel to each other. It also has a recess (8) which is in the form of a longitudinal tunnel with a roughly U-shaped cross section which opens downwards. The recess extends from the front surface to the rear surface of the shoe, and the opposing limbs (9a,b) of the U-shaped cross-section approach one another as they slope up from their lower ends.

Bei einer Bremseinrichtung für Schienenlaufkräne,bei denen sich in einem Rahmenlaufgestell ein auf- und abbewegbarer Bremsschuh (1) befindet, weist der Bremsschuh (1) einen quadratischen oder rechteckigen Grundriß (2), parallel zueinander verlaufende Längsseitenflächen (3) und parallel zueinander verlaufende Vorder- und Rückflächen (4,5) auf. Ferner ist der Bremsschuh (1) mit einer in Längsrichtung verlaufenden, nach unten hin offenen tunnelartigen Ausnehmung (8) versehen, die von der Vorderfläche (4) des Bremsschuhs (1) bis zu dessen Rückfläche (5) reicht, wobei sich die gegenüberliegenden Schenkel (9a,9b) des U-förmigen Querschnitts der tunnelartigen Ausnehmung (8) von ihrem unteren Ende ausgehend schräg verlaufend annähern. <IMAGE>
