Abstract (en)
A water heater (1) has an outlet (9) for the heated water feed at the top and an intake (10) for a return flow feed at the bottom. The return flow feed is connected to an injection tube (13) with a closed end (17) and a series of orifices all facing in the same direction, so that the water returning to the heater at low temperature is mixed with the reheated water inside it. The injection tube orifices are equipped with nozzles which are positioned to direct jets of water along rising channels (2-6) at the back or front of the heater. In addition the channels can have restrictions at their lower ends to give an increased Venturi effect from the return flow nozzles.

La chaudière à injection d'eau de retour présente une injection répartie d'eau de retour en partie basse par un tube longitudinal injecteur-distributeur (13) longeant la partie basse du corps de chauffe et comportant au moins une buse de sortie (19) au droit de chaque échangeur ou de chaque chambre du corps de chauffe, les buses (19) étant dirigées du même côté pour engendrer un courant tournant au sein d'un élément échangeur, de chaque chambre ou de la chambre du corps de chauffe. Cette invention intéresse tous les constructeurs de chaudières à fluide caloporteur. <IMAGE>
