A thin rod sensing element (13a) is mounted on the sensor (1/2), which is arranged with its vibration direction (s) at an angle, approximately equal to 45 deg., to all three measurement coordinate axes (x,y,z). At least the sensing side end of the rod can be aligned parallel to one of the measurement coordinate directions and at an angle to the vibration direction of the vibration body. The thin rod can be kinked to make its sensing end parallel to one measurement coordinate direction and its other end parallel to the direction of vibration of the solid vibration body. Alternatively, the rod can be attached to the vibration body without a kink.

Der Festkörperschwinger, vorzugsweise ein Uhrenquarz (1/2) ist mit seiner Schwingungsrichtung (S) im Winkel zu allen drei Meßrichtungen (x, y, z) des Koordinatenmeßgerätes angeordnet. Die Oszillatorschaltung des Festkörperschwingers ist an eine Elektronik angeschlossen, die zwei unterschiedliche Antastsignale erzeugt. Beide Maßnahmen ermöglichen es, die Abhängigkeit der Antastunsicherheit von der Meßrichtung zu verringern. <IMAGE>
