Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0872857A2] The electromagnet uses a double action magnet (10) with a pair of coils (26,27), for displacement of a valve control slider (35) between at least 3 switch positions. The electromagnet coils have a common flux disc (28), associated with a sensor element (34) detecting the magnetic flux in each circuit, for controlling the energising currents for the coils. The flux disc is provided by the housing (12) of the double action magnet and positioned between the electromagnet coils, extending radially between an inner pressure sleeve (13) and an outer cylindrical pipe section (32).
