Abstract (en)

[origin: WO9724939A1] The invention concerns a device for the adjustment of the inclination of the upper part (2) of a sports shoe (1), which is connected to the shoe lower part (3) by means of a link pin (4) and which is swivable in the longitudinal direction of the shoe, with a control element (8) fixed to one of the shoe parts (2, 3) for the height adjustment of a long side of the shoe upper part (2) to different height positions relative to the lower part (3), and with a clamping device (5, 6) with whose help the shoe upper part (2) can be fixed to the shoe lower part (3) in the adjusted height position; for the precise and regular adjustment of the inclination, the control element (8) has a longitudinal slot (7) with control surfaces (12, 13) facing the link pin (4), which run at an angle to the direction of movement of the control element (8) for height adjustment of the shoe upper part (2).
