Abstract (en)
The lock has a protective sleeve (1) containing a safety barrel with a stator (8) and rotor (9) controlled by a key. Between the forward end of the barrel and the sleeve the lock incorporates an anti-drilling plate (10) with a slot (11) for the key, and a guard ring (18) with a series of inserts (17). The inserts can be conical or curved in shape, having their pointed or curved faces towards the front of the lock and their axes parallel to that of the ring, which is fitted to a step (10) on the anti-drilling plate.

Cylindre de sûreté pour serrure ayant une protection améliorée contre l'effraction, ledit cylindre comportant un barillet de sûreté disposé à l'intérieur d'une chambre pratiquée dans un manchon protecteur (1), ladite chambre étant délimitée par un fond du côté de la face frontale (1a) du manchon protecteur (1), ledit barillet comportant un rotor (9) susceptible de tourner autour de son axe à l'intérieur d'un stator (8), des moyens de clavetage étant disposés entre rotor et stator et pouvant être manoeuvrés par une clef introduite dans un logement de clef du rotor (9), ledit manchon protecteur (1) portant sur sa face frontale (1a), en vis-à-vis du rotor (9), une pastille anti-perçage (10), dans laquelle est ménagé un passage de clef (11), caractérisé par le fait qu'une pluralité d'inserts de protecteur (17) est mise en place en couronne autour de la pastille anti-perçage (10) dans des logements ménagés dans le manchon protecteur (1), au fond de la chambre où se loge le barillet. <IMAGE>
