Abstract (en)

The pump rotor (1) has a single spiral blade (2). A cover plate (3) on the rotor suction side runs axially from the intake and then curves into the radial direction. In the area liable to cavitation due to suction shock-loads, the blade inlet angle is at least 5 degrees less than the inflow angle. The blade angle in the axial area of a meridian section through the rotor rises at least to the value of the blade outlet angle and finally reverts to this blade outlet angle.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kreiselpumpe mit einem Laufrad, das über eine einzige, schraubenförmig verlaufende Schaufel verfügt. Eine für Sandverschleiß und Festbrennungen unempfindliche Ausführung wird dadurch erreicht, daß das Laufrad (1) eine saugseitig angeordnete Deckscheibe (3) besitzt, die von einem am Saugmund des Laufrades (1) gegebenen axialen Verlauf mit einer Krümmung in einen radialen Verlauf übergeht, daß in dem bei Stoßanströmung kavitationsgefährdeten Bereich der Schaufeleintrittswinkel (β1) um mindestens 5 <o> kleiner ist als der Anströmwinkel (β0), daß danach der Schaufelwinkel (β) im axialen Bereich eines durch das Laufrad (1) gelegten Meridianschnittes mindestens auf die Größe des Schaufelaustrittswinkels (β2) ansteigt, und schließlich ein den Schaufelaustrittswinkel (β2) übersteigender Schaufelwinkel (β) im radialen Bereich des Meridianschnittes auf die Größe des Schaufelaustrittswinkels (β2) zurückgeführt wird. <IMAGE>
