Abstract (en)
The installation plate has a corresponding number of support pins engaging in blind holes or other kinds of holes in the furniture body. The fixture screws (16) are arranged in the directly adjacent area of the support pins (14). The flanks of the fixture screws, in relation to the screwed-in state, are cut into the outer area of the support pins. The support pins are solidly formed. The fixture screws are arranged on opposite sides of the support pins. The length of the shaft of each fixture screw is greater than half the thickness of the furniture part (11) accommodating the installation plate (10). Each support pin in the free end area on the side turned away from the fixture screw has an inclined surface (20).

Ein Möbelscharnier, welches aus einem an einem beweglichen Möbelbauteil festlegbaren Scharnierteil, einem damit verbundenen Scharnierarm und einer Montageplatte besteht, die mittels Befestigungsschrauben am Möbelkorpus festgelegt wird und mit Tragzapfen versehen ist, die in Sacklöchern oder Bohrungen des Möbelkorpus eingedreht werden, soll so gestaltet werden, daß eine dauerhafte und extrem hoch belastbare Verbindung zwischen der Montageplatte und dem Möbelkorpus gegeben ist. Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Möbelscharnier sind die Flanken der Befestigungsschrauben so gesetzt, daß deren Flanken in den zugehörigen äußeren Bereich der massiven Tragzapfen (14) eingeschnitten sind. Die Befestigungsschrauben (16) sind an den einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Tragzapfen angeordnet. Jeder Tragzapfen (14) ist im freien Endbereich mit einer Schrägfläche (20) versehen. Das Möbelscharnier ist besonders für Wohnmöbel geeignet. <IMAGE>
