Abstract (en)
The connector includes a contacting area (1) for contacting a complementary contact. The contacting area consists of an internal contacting spring (3) and an outer spring (4). The connector also includes a connection area (2) for connection with an electric conductor. The connection area is joined to the contacting area and is formed as one piece with the contacting spring. The outer spring is formed as a box with two side walls, a ceiling, and a base, and comprises a polarization rib (9) in the plane of the first side wall, which extends over the ceiling. The polarization rib has at least one gap (10,11), and the edge of the wall next to the rib has at least one strap (12,13), which lies in the gap in the plane of the polarization rib, and is welded there with the polarization rib.

Es wird eine elektrische Anschlussklemme angegeben, die besonders einfach herstellbar ist. Die elektrische Anschlussklemme weist einen Kontaktierungsbereich (1) zur Kontaktierung eines komplementären Kontaktstiftes auf. Der Kontaktierungsbereich besteht aus einer inneren Kontaktierungsfeder (3) und einer äusseren Aussenüberfeder (4). Weiter weist die Anschlussklemme einen Verbindungsbereich (2) zur Verbindung mit einem elektrischen Leiter. Der Verbindungsbereich (2) schliesst sich an den Kontaktierungsbereich an und ist mit der Kontaktierungsfeder (3) einteilig ausgebildet. Die Aussenüberfeder (4) ist kastenförmig ausgebildet mit zwei Seitenwänden (7,8), einer Decken- und einer Bodenwand (5,6). In der Ebene der ersten Seitenwand (7) weist die Aussenüberfeder (4) eine Polarisierungsrippe (9) auf, die sich über die Deckenwand (5) hinaus erstreckt. Weiter weist die Polarisierungsrippe (9) zumindest eine Aussparung (10,11) auf. Der Rand, der zur Polarisierungsrippe (9) benachbarten Wand weist zumindest eine Lasche (12,13) auf, die derart angeordnet ist, dass Sie in der Ebene in der Polarisierungsrippe (9) in der Aussparung (10,11) liegt und dort mit der Polarisierungsrippe (9) verschweisst ist. <IMAGE> <IMAGE>
