Abstract (en)
The finish block system for wire rolling mills consists of individual roll stands which are arranged in a row one after another. They have roll or rolling ring pairs and associated setting and mounting equipment. The system is characterised by the fact that each of the roll stands has with an electric or hydraulic drive unit (11-20) which is separately controlled via a drive control unit (41-50) from a common process control unit (102).

Ein Fertigblocksystem für Drahtwalzwerke, dass aus einer Mehrzahl von Einzelwalzgerüsten mit Walzen- oder Walzringpaaren besteht, die in Reihe hintereinander angeordnet sind und zugeordnete Anstellvorrichtungen und Walzarmaturen aufweisen. Jedes der Einzelwalzgerüste (1-10) ist mit einem eigenen elektrischen oder hydraulischen Antriebsaggregat (11-20) verbunden und diese Antriebsaggregate (11-20) werden von einer gemeinsamen Prozesssteuereinrichtung (102) separat angesteuert und geregelt. Jedem Antriebsaggregat (11-20) kann dabei eine separate Antriebsregelvorrichtung (41-50) vorgeordnet sein. <IMAGE>
