[origin: EP0875626A2] On the structural limit a temporarily effective support structure is erected, which acts as build-up when the second track is installed. This support structure is formed by reinforced soil, and to it is fixed a ballast retainer. In front of or in the support structure a drainage arrangement and/or supply conduits are installed. The drainage arrangement has a stable form, and is produced as a frame (5). The temporarily effective support structure is preferably formed as geoplastic reinforced soil. The deep drainage arrangement with frame walling is installed centrally. The frame (5) is quadratic in cross-section, e.g. 0.50 x 0.50 m and approximately 3m long.
