Abstract (en)
By use of the adjusters (17) in the vane cell pump, a back flow of material from compression area (B) into the inlet (14) or into an area (A) connected with the inlet is adjustable. The adjusters make it possible to determine, dependent upon the pressure of compression, at which time point the actual delivery cell in the compression area of the pump is closed against the inlet area. The adjusters incorporate a rotatable pin (17) arranged in the pump cover or base. The pin has a recess, which according to the rotary position of the pin, enlarges or reduces the compression area.

Bei der Flügelzellenpumpe ist ein Kompressionssektor (B) vorgesehen, welcher je nach Stellung eines Einstellmittels (17) mehr oder weniger lange mit dem Einlassbereich (A, 14) verbunden bleibt. Dadurch ist der Beginn der Kompressionsphase und die erreichbare Kompression einstellbar, wobei der Einstellbereich bei 0 % Kompression beginnen kann. <IMAGE>
