[origin: EP0875912A1] The command unit activates a rotating section (2) having a part (3) with regular knurled protrusions (8). Activation of the mechanism is via an arm (4) with a protruding spring strip (7) parallel to the direction of rotation of the arm which is fixed on the arm at the far end from the turning section. The arm can be placed in three positions, a central position where no current flows and swung to two outer positions where the direction of rotation is in the two opposite directions.
