The fire-resistant electrical connection is used between a number of pairs of adjacent electrical conductors, which are enclosed at their connection points by an electrically insulating, fire-retardant spacer (30), to maintain the required relative spacings between the connections. The fire-retardant spacer may be made of a ceramic material, with the individual connection points secured to the spacer via fire-resistant fixings.

Eine brandsichere elektrische Verbindung zwischen einer Mehrzahl von in räumlicher Nachbarschaft angeordneten Paaren von elektrischen Leitern (18, 21; 19, 22; 20, 23) ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsstellen durch einen brand-sicheren, elektrisch isolierenden Abstandhalter (30) untereinander auf einem ausreichenden Abstand gehalten werden, und dass die Verbindungsstellen an dem Abstandhalter (30) brand-sicher fixiert sind. Hierdurch können im Brandfall Kurzschlüsse zwischen den Verbindungsstellen auf einfache Weise sicher vermieden werden. <IMAGE>
