[origin: WO9727366A1] The invention concerns a method of producing a ballastless and sleeper-less line of rails, in which the rails (5) are secured in supports (3) of an upper layer (carrier plate (2)) which is produced from a free-flowing hardenable material and is applied to a lower solid layer (carrier layer (1)). The object of the invention is to enable accurate final dimensions of the supports (3) which are to be produced to be attained in an economical manner. This object is achieved in that, in a first step, the supports (3) are pre-formed at least as regions of a support strip (28) extending in the longitudinal direction of the track. In a subsequent second processing step, separate from the first, the supports in a still deformable state are shaped such that they are sufficiently accurate for the subsequent mounting of the rails (5).
