Abstract (en)

The crushing device (10) has an input aperture (30) and at least two crushing shafts (20,22) with crushing or striking bars (26) round them, each with two crushing edges spaced apart by between 10 mm and 40 mm. The two crushing shafts are spaced out from each other and rotate in opposite directions. The bars (26, 27) of these two shafts pass between each other, without touching either of the shafts. The spacing between these shafts may be adjustable. A sieve element (36) is located underneath the shafts. A guide opening located above the shafts is built bell-shaped. The path to the crushing shafts of the material to be crushed is inhibited by a fixed dosing shaft (32).

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung (10) zum Zerkleinern von Brechgut, insbesondere von nichtmetallischen Reststoffen, wie z. B. Holz oder Kunststoff, mit einer Zuführöffnung (30) und wenigstens zwei Brechwellen (20), die an ihrer Umfangsfläche mit wenigstens einer Brech- oder Schlagleiste (26) versehen ist, welche jeweils zwei Brechkanten aufweist, die in einem definierten Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind, wobei zwei Brechwellen (20, 22) vorgesehen sind, die im Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind und jeweils gegenläufig drehen, und die jeweils an der Umfangsfläche einer jeden Brechwelle (20, 22) angeordneten Brech- oder Schlagleisten (26, 27) miteinander zusammenarbeiten, indem ihre Umkreise nahe aneinander liegen oder sich schneiden, ohne daß sich die Brech- oder Schlagleisten (26, 27) beider Brechwellen (20, 22) berühren. <IMAGE>
